Applicant contends that he had requested but not yet received a panel of qualified medical evaluators (QMEs) in internal medicine. Applicant requests that discovery be held open as to issues of internal medicine, that the case be continued to allow him to obtain the QME evaluation, or that the issue of internal medicine be deferred at trial. Defendant has filed an Answer. At trial on June 5, 2014, the parties submitted Stipulations with Request for Award in ADJ2514169 and a Compromise and Release in ADJ255943, also settling disputed issues in ADJ2514169. The WCJ approved both settlements. Therefore, applicant’s petition is now moot, and we dismiss it.
