The WCJ found that all other issues raised at trial are moot and ordered that applicant take nothing on his workers’ compensation claim.            Applicant contends that the WCJ erred in determining that applicant did not sustain an industrial injury, arguing that the WCJ ignored “irrefutable” evidence presented by applicant. Applicant also argues, without evidence, that the WCJ was “sick” and speculates that the WCJ could not adequately review the record because of a medication interaction. Applicant also contends that the WCJ should have excluded from evidence defense exhibits submitted 15 days prior to trial after the Court ordered, as part of the pre-trial conference statement, that exhibits be submitted 20 days prior to trial.            We have not received an answer. The WCJ prepared a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report), recommending that the Petition be denied. We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration and the contents of the Report, and we have reviewed the record in this matter.
