On or about August 7, 2009, the parties notified us that they intended to resolve these cases by ComproMilse and Release. On November 10, 2009, they filed Compromise and Release in three of above-captioned cases and further informed us that the Compromise and Release in the fourth case is circulating for signatures amongst the parties and will soon be filed. In light of the parties’ proposed settlements, as our Decision After Reconsideration, we will rescind the Findings of Fact and Order of July 1, 2008, and return these matters to the trial level for a workers’ compensation judge1 (WCJ) to review and, if adequate, approve
