This case involves four separate workers' compensation claims filed by Guadalupe Ramirez (deceased), Juan Jenovebo Garcia (deceased), Rafael Tapia, Jr., and Rolando Tapia (deceased), all of whom were employed by Argus Newspaper/ANG Newspapers. The claims were filed against Argus Newspaper/ANG Newspapers and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board granted the defendant's petition for reconsideration of the Findings of Fact and Order of July 1, 2008, and returned the matters to the trial level for a workers' compensation judge to review and, if adequate, approve the parties' proposed settlements. On November 10, 2009, they filed Compromise and Release in three of above-captioned cases and further informed us that the Compromise and Release in the fourth case is circulating for signatures amongst the parties and will soon be filed.            In light of the parties’ proposed settlements, as our Decision After Reconsideration, we will rescind the Findings of Fact and Order of July 1, 2008, and return these matters to the trial level for a workers’ compensation judge1 (WCJ) to review and, if adequate, approve
