The WCJ also found that applicant’s industrial injury’ caused 84% permanent disability, payable at the rate of $230.00 per week in the total sum of $127,075.00 and thereafter a life pension of $92.77 per .week. Applicant was awarded further medical treatment “including possible psyche treatment.” The WCJ specifically found that “there is no evidence that the applicant was temporary disabled February- 17, 2005 to February 17, 2006” and denied applicant’s claim for temporary disability benefits during that period.
