Therein, the WCJ found that applicant sustained industrial injury to her kidneys and heart and sustained injury in the form of hypertension, lupus, arterial fibrillation, mitral valve prolapse, and hypertensive heart disease while employed as a police officer during the period from September 12, 1988 through September 13, 2007. The WCJ further found that the injury herein caused 95% permanent disability and that applicant did not sustain industrial injury to her vision or in the form of gastritis. Applicant contends that the WCJ erred in finding that she is 95% permanently disabled arguing that she is totally permanently disabled pursuant to the opinion of agreed medical examiner (AME) Martin Goldfarb, M.D. Applicant further contends that the WCJ erred in finding that she did not sustain industrial injury in her vision and injury in the form of gastritis. Defendant filed an Answer. The WCJ issued a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report) recommending that we grant reconsideration for the sole purpose of finding that applicant sustained industrial injury in the form of gastrointestinal reflux and that we otherwise affirm her decision. 1 While applicant seeks reconsideration in both Case No. ADJ6707071 and in Case No. 3761141, we note that Case No. the trial on August 10, 2011 and applicant does not articulate any grounds for reconsideration in that case.
