ADJ1819889; ADJ982198; ADJ1254229; ADJ1815823OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING RECONSIDERATION AND DECISIONS AFTER RECONSIDERATION Applicant seeks reconsideration of four separate Findings and Awards concurrently filed by a workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) on June 24, 2010. In all of the cases, applicant sustained industrial injury while employed by Choe Meat Company, Inc. (Choe) as a packcr/line worker. In his separate Findings and Awards, the WCJ made findings as follows:• In ease ADJ1819889, it was found that while employed on January 23, 1995, during which time Choe was insured by Zenith Insurance Company (Zenith), applicant sustained industrial injury to his low back, neck, and left shoulder, causing permanent disability of 62% and the possible need for further medical treatment. It was found that “[ZcnithJ is 80% liable for payment of the medical treatment costs incurred on and after January’ 23. 1995.”• In ADJ982198, it was found that, while employed on March 15. 1993, while Choe was insured by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company/Golden Eagle Insurance Company (LibertyIMutual), applicant sustained industrial injury to his spine, causing permanent disability of 8V4% and the possible need for further medical treatment.
