YRC WORLDWIDE; OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE CO., administered by GALLAGHER BASSETT GILBERT ALVAREZ WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIAGILBERT ALVAREZ, Applicant,vs.YRC WORLDWIDE; OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE CO., administeredby GALLAGHER BASSETT, Defendants.Case No. ADJ7548394(Van Nuys District Office)OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PETITION RECONSIDERATION            Lien claimant Sherman Oaks Hospital petitions for reconsideration of the Findings and Order served on May 17, 2012, in which the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that applicant sustained an industrial injury to his face, head, hand and foot on November 25, 2009, while he was employed as a dockworker by YRS Worldwide. The WCJ also disallowed Sherman Oaks Hospital’s lien, finding that lien claimant failed to prove that additional charges in the amount of $24,512.31 were reasonable.            Lien claimant contends that the WCJ improperly disallowed its lien, arguing that it met its burden of proof that the charges in question were reasonable, because of the severity of applicant’s injury and because lien claimant was entitled to up to 1.80 times the fees paid to Medicare for inpatient facility fees for burn patients. Lien claimant further contends that the WCJ erred by relying on the testimony of Kevin Lane and by failing to admit into evidence three sets of documents that lien claimant filed in support of its lien.            We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration and defendant’s Answer, and we have reviewed the record in this matter. The WCJ prepared a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (“Report”), which we hereby adopt and incorporate.
