Udkovich on June 15, 2010. In its petition, SCIF contends there were clerical errors in the $185 per week temporary[sic] disability indemnity rate and in the April 19, 2007 ending date for temporary disability. On July 13, 2010, the parties appeared before Presiding Judge Clifford Levy. At thathearing, the parties made handwritten and initialed changes to the stipulations by which theycorrected the permanent disability indemnity rate to $230 per week, the temporary disability endingdate to March 28, 2007, and the permanent disability beginning date to March 28, 2007. No otherchanges to the stipulations were made. In addition, the foregoing stipulations were entered into theMinutes and Judge Levy signed an Order providing that these stipulations are incorporated into the Stipulated Findings and Award, superseding the portion that was amended. Further, SCIF stated on the Minutes that it was withdrawing its petition for reconsideration.  Because SCIF has now withdrawn its petition, we will dismiss it. ,  For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that defendant’s Petition for Reconsideration, filed July 6, 2010, is DISMISSED.WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD______________________________________________DEIDRA E.
