The parties had stipulated that applicant, while employed as a traffic officer on December 1, 2005. sustained industrial injury to her left knee, back, left hip. and headaches. Defendant contends the WCJ errad in finding a psyche injury, arguing that applicant worked for defendant for less than six months and that her injury was not caused by a sudden and extraordinär)’ employment condition. We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration and applicant’s Answer, and we have reviewed the record in this matter. The WCJ prepared a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report), recommending that the petition be denied. For the reasons discussed below, we will gram defendant’s petition for reconsideration and reverse the WCJ’s finding of psyche injury. Applicant sustained an admitted injury when she was struck by a vehicle while she was attempting to issue a citation. In addition to the admitted body parts, applicant claimed injury to , her psyche, right wrist, and chest. Applicant testified on April 28, 2010, that she began working for the City of Los Angeles on July 11, 2005. She was in a training program to be a traffic officer for one month and was released into the field in August. S
