Based on our review of the record, and for the reasons stated in said report which we adopt and incorporate, we will deny reconsideration. We further note that the record in the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) shows that petitioner was properly served with the notice of lien trial on January 31, 2014, and petitioner admits receipt of the Notice of Intention (NOI) to Submit and Dismiss Lien dated April 10, 2014, which was served on April 21, 2014. The NOI was based on petitioner’s failure to appear at the lien trial on April 10, 2014. Although there is a letter objection dated May 1, 2014 attached to the petition for reconsideration herein, it is not found in EAMS because it was not properly identified with the required cover sheet. Even if it had been properly filed and received by the WCJ, it does not show good cause to set aside dismissal of petitioner’s lien./ / // / // / // / / , For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that said Petition for Reconsideration be, and it hereby is, DENIED.WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD _____________________________________________MARGUERITE SWEENEY I CONCUR, _____________________________________________KATHERINE ZALEWSKI _____________________________________________FRANK M.
