Co. (Travelers) each seek reconsideration of the October 31, 2012 Arbitrator’s Award. Therein, the Arbitrator, essentially, found that Travelers’ coverage consisted of “other insurance” pursuant to Insurance Code section 1063.1(c)(9). Based on this finding, the Arbitrator ordered that Travelers is liable for applicant’s March 1, 2002 industrial injury; that CIGA shall recover its disbursements, payments, and expenses from Travelers, in an amount to be adjusted by the parties; and that CIGA shall be dismissed as a party defendant. CIGA contends that the WCJ erred in failing to award “prejudgment interest.” Travelers contends (1) that applicant’s claimed psychiatric injury is not compensable as to Travelers; (2) that Travelers does not provide “other insurance” at the time of the psychiatric injury; (3) that CIGA cannot recover reimbursement for amounts paid attributable to the claimed psychiatric injury; (4) that CIGA not Travelers is bound by Dr. Angerman’s AME reports; (5) that, as to the orthopedic injury, CIGA did not prove an industrial injury during Travelers’ coverage; (6) that, as to the orthopedic injury, Travelers is not “other insurance” available to applicant on the date of injury; (7) that CIGA cannot recover reimbursement for amounts paid attributable to the alleged orthopedic injury; and (8) that any and all other injuries alleged by applican
