The WCJ further found that the record was in need of further development ¡ to be able to determine lien claimant’s right, if any, to recover. The underlying claim in this matter involves industrial injuries to applicant’s right shoulder, right thumb, bilateial upper extremities, bilateral lower extremities, back and neck on February 9, 1997 (WCK 0039953); on September 30, 1997 (WCK 0039954); on May 15, 1998 (WCK 0055867); and on April 7, 2000 (WCK 0055868), while working as a bridge officer.
