City Of Baldwin Park, Permissibly Self-Insured; Administered By Adminsure Eddie Avakian WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIAEDDIE AVAKIAN, Applicant,vs.CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, Permissibly Self-Insured;Administered By ADMINSURE, Defendants.Case No. ADJ7037201 (Marina Del Rey District Office)OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING RECONSIDERATION AND DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION            Applicant seeks reconsideration of the January 28, 2013 Findings and Award and Order (FAO), wherein the workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) found that applicant, while employed as a police officer from May 13, 2002 through November 20, 2009, sustained industrial injury to his psyche, cardiovascular system (in the form of hypertension), cervical-thoracic spine, and lumbar spine. The WCJ found that applicant’s industrial injury caused permanent partial disability of 72%. In the accompanying Opinion on Decision, the WCJ apportioned applicant’s hypertension 90% to his industrial injury.            Applicant contends that the WCJ erred in excluding sleep disturbances and sexual dysfunction in rating applicant’s permanent disability. Applicant also contends that Labor Code section 3212.5 bars the apportionment of his cardiovascular disability. Finally, applicant contends that the WCJ erred in finding permanent partial disability of 72%, arguing that applicant’s injury caused 100% permanent total disability.            We have received an Answer from defendant. The WCJ prepared a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Reconsideration (Report), recommending that the Petition be denied.            We have considered the Petition for Reconsideration (Petition) and defendant’s Answer, and we have reviewed the record in this matter. For the reasons discussed below, we will grant reconsideration, rescind the January 28, 2013 Findings and Award and Order, find applicant’s sexual dysfunction an , sleep disorder compensable, and return the matter to the trial level for
