Defendant contends that the WCJ was required to grant its request for a change of venue because the application was filed at applicant’s attorney’s principal place of business and the injury occurred in Bakersfield.            We received an Answer from applicant. The WCJ filed a Report and Recommendation on Petition for Removal (Report) recommending that we grant the petition and order the case transferred to the Bakersfield District Office.            We have considered the allegations of the Petition for Removal and the Answer, and the contents of the WCJ’s Report. Based on our review of the record, we will grant reconsideration, rescind the WCJ’s Minute Order, and substitute an order granting the Petition for Change of Venue and ordering venue in the Bakersfield District Office.FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND            On August 10, 2016, applicant filed an Application for Adjudication in the Sacramento District Office, the closest district office to applicant’s attorney’s principal place of business.
