Therein, we granted applicant’s Petition for Reconsideration, rescinded the WCJ’s July 24, 2007 Findings and Order, and substituted it with new Findings of Fact reversing the WCJ to find that applicant’s injury, incurred while training for a boxing match, arose out of and occurred in the course of employment (AOE/COE). Defendant contends that the Appeals Board erred in finding applicant’s injury AOE/COE arguing that applicant did not establish “a reasonable expectancy.” Applicant filed an Answer. We have re-reviewed the record along with defendant’s Petition for Reconsideration. Based on our review of the record for the reasons discussed below, we will deny reconsideration.
