ADJ234009 (OAK 0324352)ADJ3 704382 (OAK 0335469)OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION Applicant, in propria persona, filed an “Answer to Petition for Reconsideration is Denied” [sic] on November 12, 2015, in response to our Order Denying Petition for Reconsideration (Order) of October 29, 2015, and we will treat this filing as another Petition for Reconsideration (Petition). In that Order, we denied applicant’s Petition for Reconsideration filed on September 4, 2015, arising from the workers’ compensation administrative law judge’s (WCJ’s) orders of August 17, 2015, which in part denied her Petition to Reopen the Amended Joint Findings and A ward which issued in these consolidated cases on July 8, 2014. Applicant contends that defendant ESIS on behalf of ABM Security Services (ABM), failed to follow up with her regarding a potential return to work after her July 8, 2008 cervical spine surgery with Dr. Rovner. She also renews previous claims of fraud on the part of ESIS, alleges denial of medical treatment, and asserts purported errors in the medical-legal reports of both Khosrow Tabaddor, M.D., who acted as the orthopedic panel qualified medical examiner (QME) in the February 26, 2007 date of injury ‘(ADJ3704382), and Pramila Gupta, M.D., who acted as the neurological agreed medical evaluator (AME) in the December 12, 2005 date of injury (ADJ234009). In short, the petition raises the same or similar arguments presented in applicant’s previous petitions.I I I , In our Order Denying Petition for Reconsideration dated October 29, 2015, we adopted
