INDIO NURSING & REHAB CENTER; ST ATE COMPENSATION INSURANCE FUND CARMEN VARGAS WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARDSTATE OF CALIFORNIACARMEN VARGAS, Applicant,vs.INDIO NURSING & REHAB CENTER;ST ATE COMPENSATION INSURANCEFUND, Defendants.Case No. ADJ4510947 (RIV 0054064)ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION We have considered the allegations of the Petition for Reconsideration and the contents of the report of the worLers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) with respect thereto. Based on our review of the rec )rd, and for the reasons stated in said report which we adopt and incorporate, we will deny reconsideration. We further note that although petitioner appears to have filed a timely objection to the Notice of Intention, and that petitioner inadvertently used the wrong case number in the objection, neither the Petition for Reccnsideration nor the objection itself shows good cause for lien claimant’s failure toappear at the lien conference. Finally, it should be noted that in issuing this decision, we accepted and considered petitioner’s response to the WCJ’s Report. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 8, § 10848, WCAB Rules of Practice and Procedure.) , For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that said Petition for Reconsideration be, and it hereby is, DENIED.WORKERS’ COMPENSATION APPEALS BOARD_______________________________________________FRANK M.
