This case involves a petition for reconsideration filed by defendant NYCO Fabrics, Inc., California Insurance Guarantee Association, through its servicing facility, Segwick CMS for Fremont Compensation Insurance Co. in liquidation, and California Indemnity Insurance Company, with regard to an Arbitrator's Findings and Award on a Petition for Reimbursement filed on July 20, 2012.
