Therein, the WCJ found that applicant sustained injury arising out of and occurring in the course of employment (AOE/COE) to his heart and cardiovascular system while employed as a landscaper during the period November 27, 2007 to April 24, 2009 causing temporary disability from April 25, 2009 to April 22, 2011; causing 24% permanent disability after 80% apportionment to non-industrial factors; and causing need for further medical treatment. The WCJ also found that there was insufficient evidence to determine whether applicant sustained industrial injury to his neurological system or brain.            Defendant contends that the WCJ erred in finding industrial injury to the heart and cardiovascular system arguing that the WCJ should have relied on the opinion of panel qualified medical examiner (QME) Shivdyal Singh, M.D., that applicant’s injury was caused by Chagas disease and not industrially related and arguing that the opinion of applicant’s treating physician Darrell Burstein, M.D., is not substantial evidence./ / / 1 Defendant does not seek reconsideration in Case No. ADJ6914728 and we do not disturb the WCJ’s decision therein. ,             Applicant filed an Answer.
