Brown, by its representative Shahpoor Ashorzadeh (hereafter “petitioner”),1 seeks reconsideration of the “Order to Pay Sanctions” (Order) issued by a workers’ compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) at the hearing of March 3, 2010, and served on March 8, 2010. In the Order, the WCJ imposed sanctions in the amount of $500.00 against the Law Offices of Peter T. Brown. Sanctions were imposed following Mr. Ashorzadeh’s “apparent disrespect and uncooperative nature in his outburst and the fact that he raised his voice to talk over the Court.” (Minutes of Hearing, 3/3/10, at p. 3, lines 14.5-15.5.)            Petitioner contends that the WCJ erred in assessing sanctions “as the records set by the WCJ is false, misleading and in complete contrast to the information contained in the records and [EAMS2] (Petition for Reconsideration, at p. 3, lines 10-11.) Petitioner further contends that the WCJ erred in refusing to allow argument regarding an additional exhibit sheet which was apparently scanned into EAMS.
