We have not received an answer from applicant. The procedural history of this issue is complicated, and it is made more complicated by the Oakland district office’s apparent inability to enter documents promptly into EAMS. Applicant filed an Application for Adjudication of Claim dated June 5, 2009, at the Oakland district office on June 26, 2009. It was entered into EAMS on October 6, 2009, and a notice of the case number and venue was sent to defendant on the same date. Defendant filed an Objection to Venue dated October 8, 2009, filed October 10, 2009, and entered into EAMS on October 14, 2009. Defendant filed a Declaration of Readiness to Proceed (DOR) on the issue of venue on October 21, 2009. The case was scheduled for a status conference on November 17, 2009, at which the issue was submitted for decision on agreed facts to the presiding WCJ (PWCJ). On January 7, 2010, while the issue of venue was still pending before the PWCJ, WCJ Lilla Rados signed an Order Changing Venue to the Santa Rosa district office dated January 7, 2010.
