Alfredo Reyes vs. Central Coast Building Supply; And Virginia Surety Company, Adjusted By, Applied Risk Services

        Central Coast Building Supply; and Virginia Surety Company, adjusted by, Applied Risk Services, have petitioned for reconsideration of the November 20, 2006 Findings and Award, wherein the workers’ compensation administrative law judge awarded additional temporary disability benefits to the applicant beyond the 104 compensable weeks he received for the two periods following his admitted September 4, 2004 shoulder injury. The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board granted the petition for reconsideration in order to allow sufficient opportunity to further study the factual and legal issues in the case.
